Pencil Holder

Now that the school year has started you will need a cool pencil holder for your desk at school or at home. Blade has the perfect idea for you!

You will need:

Using this diagram as a guide, draw an animal shape on to your cardboard and cut it out carefully. Blade has made a mouse pencil holder but you can choose your own animal.
Make criss-cross cuts where the pencils will slide in.
Cut along the solid outline of the tail leaving it attached to the body along the dotted line.
Fold along dotted lines and bend the tail back behind the mouse.
Glue flap 'A' behind the mouse's nose.
Stick on or draw eyes and nose.
Cut out thin strips of paper to make whiskers and glue those on too.
Carefully put your pencils in the criss-cross holes in the mouse's back... now thats what we call organised!
