A knife
An adult to help with the cutting of the potato
Newspaper
Paints
A Paintbrush
String
Black thread
A black koki pen
Red crepe paper
Glue
Black paper
A piece of cardboard

Trace around an adult's hand on a piece of paper.
Cut out the paper hand.
Glue rolled-up newspaper on it to give it a 3D shape.
Turn the hand over and paint it.
Stick it on your piece of cardboard.
Paint pieces of string blue and stick them on the hand to create veins.
Stick on lots of black threads to create the hair.
Tear some pieces of red crepe paper and mix them into your red paint (this will make it nice and thick).
Now paint the bottom of the wrist to create a blood effect.
Cut out sharp black nails out of the black paper, stick them onto the fingers and thumb.
Use a potato stamp to create a border. Ask an adult to help you cut out a creepy picture on half a
potato using a knife. Dip it into the paint and start stamping.
